Kings Kids Bangkok is actively involved in the lifes of children that are living in the "slum" community in the area of Ramkhamhaeng 2 University.
First of all: we love them! We love them!
We show them the love that the Father has for them through our weekly programs that we have. Every Wednesday there is a group of kids that come together in our Live Life program, that we partner together with ARK international team. We reach out to children from 5-9 years old.
Every Saturday morning we have 2 programs, where we also spend time with the children and teach them and we love them, play with them, sing with them.
Besides that, weekly we visit the children in their daily lifes, we hang out, get to know their parents, try to answer their questions and help them with homework, or other important things.
Recently we have started to teach children, that are interested, to play some instruments like guitar, violin and all that. We believe it is important to invest in their lives. So we also help them develop their English language skill, by teaching them English every week.
Besides that as a team we spend time praying for them, invest in their lives and try to improve our personal skills.
Sometimes in the year we take some time apart and minister in other areas of the country. We organise camps in Thailand in different regions during schoolbreaks or weekends.
We also have NIKO - camps (NIKO is an outdoor wilderness experience designed to challenge young people physically, spiritually, mentally, and emotionally. The program brings them into a deeper relationship with God while developing leadership potential).
